DWF printing issue

    1) I published a Sheet Set, and now wish to send/print the DWFs to a HP500ps
    plotter. In viewing the DWFs, everything appears fine. Although, upon
    printing, I am having trouble getting the sheet centered. The print
    dialogue box just seems short a few options, or maybe I am probably
    overlooking something. I need to print to scale on a 24x36. Is there a
    print preview in Autodesk DWF Viewer?

    2) When publishing a Sheet Set from Sheet Set Dialogue Box Shortcut Menu,
    what plotter is used to create the DWFs?
