I want to create a custom paper size for dwf creation and have it available
    on another station.

Stupid question, if I create a custom paper size, does it travel with a
custom pc3 that I can copy around? If not, where the heck is it saved?

  2. You can create a PC3 file out of it and save it at the same place where all
    other PC3's are saved.
Others can use it IF the appropiate printer is installed on their systems.

  3. I think you also need the pmp file. The pc3 stores the device specific data
and the pmp stores the page specific data like the margin overrides and
stuff. The problem is that these files are really dependant on the version
of AutoCAD, operating system, and even location of the files. Sometimes you
can copy them and they work, other times not. 2004 is better at this but
Autodesk even stores the location of the heidi drivers in these files which
is why change for different versions and don't always work on different
    machines.
