UCSfollow setting of 0 in model space and all paperspace layouts.

    Example of problem/question:
A drawing with 5 paperspace layouts.
On one layout, a single viewport had the Dview - TWist command sequence used
to set the desired angle of that particular view.
Subsequently, all new viewports on this layout display at the twisted angle.
So, I have to "re-twist" the viewports back to 0. Still, all additional new
viewports display at the TWist angle.
There is no effect on the other layouts. All new viewports on thes layouts
    display at 0 angle.

The Dview TWist command is convenitent but the advantage is lost by having
to re-align other viewports. Am I doing something wrong or is there a
    variable to be modified?
