Drop down menu in toolbar

    No. You can make your own toolbar using any of the "controls" that Acad
    supplies, but you can't create a new control.

    I've done it using ObjectDCL's dockable dialog. I suppose you could use a
    dockable container object from a 3rd party in VBA also - but nothing
    actually a "toolbar".
