Drive Resistance in Ceff Calc

    Hi,
    does any body have an idea of how drive resistance is calculated in PKS
    effective capacitance calculator. From the document all I can find is
    its calculated from output slew tables.
    I would be glad if somebody can provide me a way for drive resistance
    calculation.
