DRC rule file

    Hello All,

    Please anyone provide me the links/suggestions to get Calibre/Dracula
    DRC rule file for UMC 0.18um Process Technology.

    I'm unable to find from the library provider.

    Also steps to create DRC rule file manually if possible just from the
    downloaded library docs.
