Drawing Board III Shuts down?

    We have a workstation running Windows 2000, Autocad 2002 Land
    Development and a Drawing Board III. When digitizing the Drawing
    Board III just shuts off at random moments and the whole system has to
    be re-booted. This has been happening ever since we got the
    DrwaingBoard on muliple diffrent machines. The Manufacture has been
    little help.

    Thnaks for any input.
