Does any have a skill program that will allow you to draw an arc in
Virtuoso? There is an arc function under
create polygon but it wants to complete the structure back to the
orgin. SourceLink has a skill function but you
    need to enter in points

    Hello,
Could you be more precise with your question ?

You want to create a shape in your layout, which will be a line -> a
    shape with no width ?
And you want this shape to be an arc, without having to enter points ?
I think that at least you'll have to enter 3 (2 for the radius and one
for origin) or one (origin) plus the information of radius.
And that will allow you to draw an arc by connecting the 2 first
points assuming that they are diametrally opposed. And in this case I
assume that you draw only circles arcs (you may also want to draw an
    oval, or something weirder).

How will you say that this arc is not around the diameter or more
    complicated, without entering points?

I think that you have ideas, could you tell us ?

    Regards,

    Sylvain

I am looking for a solution that does not require entering the
coordinates into a program, instead using the mouse to enter the start
middle and end where the middle can be a stretch point. Check out
Create-->polygon then hit F3 to bring up the options panel and
selct "Arc" . This would work except that it when you hit the end
point, it neeed to close the polygon but on an orthogonal basis.
    What
I am looking for is a way to create a bond-out mok-up and need the arc
for the wires. I could use create-->path and do any angle but
this is very time consuming and they dont stretch very well.

    hope this helps

    That would be dbCreateArc().
