Drawing 3D arc - TranslateCoordinates Method

    I'm trying to draw an arc tangential to two lines in 3d space. Ideally I
    would like to be able to select 3 points to create a UCS and have an arc of
    fixed radius drawn. I want to be able to draw the arc while remaining in
    WCS. Do I have to temporarily create a UCS to draw the arc or can I just
    specify the points? I don't understand how the TranslateCoordinates method
    is used in relation to the AddCircle method. Is this the best method to
    achieve an arc in 3d space?

    Hope this makes sense to somebody out there.
