    Hello,

I have found that drafting with the properties window up lets me to quickly manipulate data in my drawing. However, I have found that leaving the properties window up all the time appears to cause several issues.

    1. The cross-hairs are offset a few inches when I try to click on something.

    2. My drawing appears distorted, stretched by a factor of 6.

Has anybody else experienced this, or know how to fix it.

    Thanks in advance,

    MO,

Which version of AutoCAD (or vertical product) are you using? Which OS? What
    kind of system?

Normally, when you dock the properties window, the remaining screen is
automatically adjusted so that aspect ratio and other things appear
"normal"; if this isn't happening, it could be an issue with your version of
Windows, your video card or driver, or some other factor. Give us some more
information, and someone may be able to make a more educated guess.
