downloading fonts with voloview IE plugin

Hi,

I am using voloview as an IE plugin to view dwg files served by a web
server, but I beleive this problem occurs when using autodesk as well.

After downloading the dwg file itself, the viewer makes additional requests
to the web server to try and retrieve fonts used in the drawing. It seems to
make one request per piece of text, not just one per font, so this can
result in many thousands of extra requests and slows the download process to
the point that it is often unusable (e.g. one 200Kb drawing generates over
6Mb of network traffic).

Anyone know of anyway to change this behaviour? The only workaround I can
think of is saving to the local disk and then launching the file locally,
but this is a but cumbersome for the users.
