Doing Layout on two outer layers in OrCAD

    I have to place the components on the top and on the bottom of the
    board to save space.
    I could not find in OrCAD manuals the information on how to do it.

    PS. I also have +5V, -5V and gnd - I don't want them to be inner
    layers.
