display icon toolbar

i has i custom toolbar name "custom11"
how to make lisp when i call the command
toolbar "customs11" display at the right screen
of moniter when i click the icon the command active
and the toolbar is close

[Floor Boxes]-toolbar;FLOOR-BOXES;T;3,300;;;
[Fire Symbols]-toolbar;FIRE-SYM;T;3,300;;;
[Background]-toolbar;BACKGRD-sym;T;3,1;;;
[ISO]-toolbar;ISO;T;3,1;;;

Make your toolbar, then use the above as a guide. This places the toolbar
just below the top toolbars, but you can change the settings to have it on
either side.

 

can u give me 1 simple example how to create it,
i'm totally confuse about that
