    Hi
    A2002

I'm trying to customise a dimstyle.
For a radial dimension, what's the variables to set so:

    1. The arrow type is closed filled, but a linear dim uses another type
    (archtick).

    2. I have the option to drag the dim around the arc before placing it.

    3. I have the option to place the text between the arc & the centre point &
line dim line only goes as far as the text, & not to the centre point.

    I think 2 & 3 maybe the same varible.

    Thanks in advance

Why? Child dimension styles won't work?

    Why?

Set up a child dimension of your original dimstyle. In the dimstyle manager dialog box, select the dimstyle you want the child dimension to be made from and click new....then where it says "use for" pick radius dimensions. Then set up it up for all the variables you desire.
