digital signatures using vb or vba

    I have been trying to add a digital signature to drawings as they are
    saved using vb or vba. If I go through Acad, everything is just fine and
    the signature is added. Programmically (sp?) it just won't work - I get
    the autocad message of invalid digital id. I am setting the issuer,
    serial number and subject properties just as provided by the certifcate
    issuer.
    Has anyone else ran into this problem?
