    Adesu -

Administrator means that I (since it is me) am responsible for
the overall message base of the discussion groups being in order
and helpful to the users, meet the general guidelines and act as
liason as needed on questions that need to be passed on to others
in the web team. Facilitator are akin to assistant administrators
in that they oversee assigned discussion groups and add their
expert knowledge of the software versions to their messaging. The
are volunteers who have been recruited after years of being in
the groups and giving freely of their knowledge. The users are
the peer to peer support in the groups.

The "honor" for the facilitators is appreciation by their peers.

Why? Is there something specific you are looking for? This is the
discussion group for Lisp. Jason Piercey and Chip Harper are the
    main facilitators for this group.

    mind
    thx.
