    Thanks for you reply but it's too expensive for only conversion
    functionality. Do you know an another option?

    Try exporting the file to a DWG or DXF file immediatly within Microstation.
    In Microstation: File>Exporting>DWG or DXF.
    This file can be imported in AutoCAD.
