DFII - VCAR interface

    Hi,
    it seems that with the latest ISR for ICC from December 2007 Cadence
    removed the OpenAccess interface in VCAR leaving only the ASCII
    interface, which I presume is the one that I can use with the older
    5.1.4x versions. There is a Router choise in the Tools menu where I
    can export and import data to router and also start the VCAR
    application. Unfortunately, the documentation covers USR3 where ICC is
    supported through a conversion to OpenAccess, mentioning little on how
    to use the ASCII flow. The only info I found on this was in the
    release note on the download page and that was quite sparse.
