Detail Circle Pet Peeve

    Okay I'm gonna vent a little.


    Why is it that SW can't centre the detail letter between the two arrow
    heads. Presently, it always wants to crowd the upper arrow.
    It gets really ugly when the circle gets to be 2-3 times bigger then
    the text. The arrows themselves start to get wonky (another issue by
    itself).

    There, I feel better.

    P.S. Been complaining about this since 99 or maybe earlier.
