DesignJet 500 Color plotting from Acad 2004 Probelm...

    Just got a new 500 with the Hpgl2 card. Cannot get it plot out proper color palate. All greys are yellow? All inks and heads are correct, just can't get it to plot out the ACI colors correctly...

    ANy suggestions?

    If you bought it new............call HP service..........they may
    step you thru several things to try.....(Setup, calibrate, etc.)
    If all that dos`nt work they may have you download and install newer
    firmware. I did all this several times, and I`am still not able to get
    true blue to print correct, always purple..........but most of my work
    is not color dependant. good luck.......
