designjet 450 C

    i ve got crazy with my designjet 450 C
    i use autodesk map 2004 and windows xp pro, i instaled the plotupdate but i
    ve got a problem

    when i try to plot the designjet evacuate suddenly all the roll paper
    what on earth is happening
