I used to use ADT and have now moved over to Map 5. In ADT I was able to get
the preview window in Design Center to have a black background for all my
blocks. With Map 5 I can't seem to make that happen. Is it the difference
between Multi-view blocks and plain Blocks? Or am I missing an obvious
    toggle somewhere?

    Dean,

I read that one earlier. I guess I was reading the last line....

    from TS54597...
<"Note: When previewing blocks in a drawing, AutoCAD DesignCenter uses the
background color of AutoCAD model or layout at the time the block was
    created.">

As to mean that if I re-create the blocks and make sure that my background
is black. The new blocks backgrounds would appear black in the Design Center
preview. Or is it saying when using the File > Open > option to preview.
THAT preview uses the current background?

While we're on the subject of design center. Is there a way to change the
order of the buttons in Design Center from...

Desktop / Drawing / History.... and so on

    I'm trying to place them...
    Favorites / Up / Open / Load / Tree View...and so on.
