Deploying AutoCAD

Hi

I have been asked to investigate different methods of acad deployment? our preferred method would be Group Policy but as we are a large organisational that hasn't been approved as a method of deployment.

How easy/effective is scripting and does it require admin rights? Any other alternatives are welcomed please let me know if they require admin rights thanks.

I apologise if this has already been covered but i couldn't find anything that exactly answered these questions.

 

Scripting will generally require that the logged in user has local
administrative rights to the workstation at the time of install. What are
the approved methods for mass application deployment for your organization?
