Deploying ActiveX dll componants

Discussion in 'AutoCAD' started by Mark Gardiner, Jan 21, 2004.

  1. I have built a couple of exe's that use my own ActiveX dll's that work fine
on my PC. When I copy these onto anther PC and try and run them I get an
ActiveX error can't create object. I have placed the dll's in the same
directory as the exe's. Should the dll's be plased in the c:\winnt\system32
directory or should I run regsvr32 on the dll's ?

    Thanks
    Mark
