Prior to SW 2004 It was possible when mating a component to an assembly to defer the mates, ie they were excepted but it did not actually apply them in the assembly till you had added all the mates. This was very useful, as when you added a mate the conponent did not shoot off elsewhere on the screen! Now it has gone , I have to add a mate, then zoom out, find the component, zoom in, then add the next mate, and it goes on! Is there a setting where i can reactivate defer mates?
