default settings

    I had to reinstall 2009 and when I opened up an assembly it came up
    with this blood red or burgundy back ground. Kind of cool in a way.
    Is this the default color? I had deleted all old reg files before
    installing so there were no settings for it to look for so I was just
    curious. -Marty
