Default file paths + Orwellian IT

The Orwellian control freak IT staff at the company I work for have
dictated that everyone will use a default standard set of buttons and
tools, that every workstation will have exactly the same look and
feel, that macro's are banned, etc etc etc etc etc.

And that no one is permitted to alter anything from the default
    install layout.

So if there's a tool, button, macro, anything, that isn't in the
default layout of the standard installation... tough. Learn to go
    without.

    These people don't use CAD.

In order to maintain compliance all the support file paths have been
    altered to a network computer.

My question, having never before had to delve much below the surface
of AutoCAD, is, What is the default file locations which AutoCAD 2004
    uses upon install.

I had everything set up just perfectly.
