Custom sheet size problem

    I am trying to plot to a 36x48 sheet. We are using 2004 on Win XP and a HP 1050C. We have configured and used PC# files and do not use (uncheck) the system printers in the properties dialogue.

    I was able to successfully setup custom 24x36 and 30x42 sheets, however, when attempting the same with a 36x48 sheet the plot dialogue under plot settings tab, printable area still shows the page at 8.5x11. When I preview it, the preview shows an 8.5x11 sheet.

    I have tried custom sizes slightly smaller (35) than the 36 dimension thinking it may not like that matching the max plotter width.

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
