custom page paper greyed out

    I need to create some custom paper sizes

    when I go into plotter configuration editor to custom paper sizes the add
    button is grayed out

    how can I get this to work, thanks for any tips/help..

    I am also having trouble with portrait and landscape not work as expected,

    we use 24" paper and its cutting off.
