Custom menu shortcuts not working

    Hi,

I made a custom menu that looks like this:

    ***POP13
    **Andrei
    A_ndrei [&Andrei]
    M_Previous [P&revious\tCtrl+Y]'_zoom _previous
    M_Window [&Window\tCtrl+W]'_zoom _window

I tried adding it into acad.mnu, or making it a separate
file and loading it with menu command or menuload. If I
add it to acad.mnu, it works fine but the keyboard shortcuts
don't work. (and that's what I made the menu for, anyway).
So if there's a way to have these shortcuts work directly, without
menu, that'd be good too (but I need them to work transparently,
so autolisp c:command thing isn't good for this).

If I load it as a separate file, all acad.mnu menus (default ones
and my custom ones) disappear. And toolbars too. And keyboard
    shortcuts still don't work!

I've read through the acad docs and I can't figure out what's wrong.
I also looked through the acad.mnu and I don't see default menus
defined there the way I defined mine. Where are these default
    definitions located?

    Thanks,

    - Andrei
