Ok I have created a custom menu and have tried two things to no avail
    1. located it on network drive with all paths supported in search paths
.loads fine but when I close 2005 no menu on rejoin
    2. located all info on local machine with paths supported also
    .same thing

I have checked for profiles in the startup and there are none. With the
menu loaded I have created a profile and exported it. but when I make the
    profile current the menu disappears.

Please help and thanks in advance

  3. Mack, are you using a desktop version of AutoCAD (ADT or LDT)?

  6. Oops! then I don't know - I'm on 2004. We had this problem with ADT, because
the shortcut on the desktop created during the installation lead not to
AutoCAD directly, but to specific profile to load all the Architectural
crap. This somehow interfere with our menus and toolbars, so we figured
workaround, but this is not your case...

I knew it was something simple I was so focused on making the toolbars at
this point I took at all references to a menugroup added that and it works
great. Hate it when I over look the obvious.
