Somewhat new to solid modeling, and trying to curve a cylinder (representing a cord in my instance). In 2D, I'd just copy, paste, rotate, fillet. Fillet doesn't work with cylinders.

Filleting a solid can always be done but you may be trying something that is not possible. Post your solid for someone to look at and what result you want.

    Sure thing.

Since the dwg. in question won't fit as an attachment, I just whipped up a quick example. On the left are the two cylinders I'd like to fillet. On the right, a 2D representation of what I'm trying to do.
    Thanks

Extrude a circle along a curved path?

Nothing included. Did you zip as attachment? Not there.
