current working directory

    Having recently reloaded SE - I cannot get one item working as it did
    before. Previously, the current working directory was always the same
    directory that the current active dgn file resided in, but now it defaults
    to the MicroStation Installation directory. Can anybody remind me how to
    change this to force the cwd to always be the same as the current dgn
    directory. It is really useful when exporting co-ordinates, but now it is a
    bit cumbersome when defaulting to MSDIR.
