Cropped 11x17 prints on new install

    Specs:

    Windows 2000 Pro - all services packs/updates
    AutoCAD 2002
    HP4v/mv driver - PCL 5e Driver 4.3.2.200 - Bld 1264 - CRel. 1264
    Printer is setup as a network printer


    A drive was recently formatted and OS, etc.. reinstalled, no
    problems what so ever. This drive was too small so we got a
    new one and replaced it. After a complete reinstall of all
    software etc... 11x17 prints are being cropped on this machine
    only. The only thing I might have done differently was the
    sequence of installation.


    On the small drive (no cropping):
    OS
    Other software
    then OS service packs/updates


    On the new large dive (cropped edges):
    OS
    then OS service packs/updates
    Other software


    Anyone know of problems with the sequence of installation?
    Super busy today, will check back when I can... thanks in
    advance.

    Cropped like, 1/4, 3/8" off the top of 11x17

    Thanks for the suggestions, Dean. Won't be able to try
    them out any time real soon. Too much work to do first.
