Every time I try to create a PDF file, I get the AutoCAD error message "Cannot create a file when that file already exists". This happens in all drawings. But I create any other type of plot file.
When I do a full preview within the print dialog box, everything looks fine.

  2. Do you have the print to file checked in AutoCAD? If so try unchecking
    that.
