Creating new drop boxes

Hi,
Can anyone help with the following?
We once had set up at work a pull down box on the top bar. The idea was that
you open a company standard drawing template, then go to the pull down box
and select your department ie retail, warehouses, stadiums etc. This then
inserted (in the correct position) the relevant dept. titlebox in the bottom
right of the sheet. It worked, and still works great. The only problem is we
have changed dept names and the titleboxes need updating. We cant find the
CAD folder of titleboxes and I figure I will re-do everyones setup with a
new drop down box. The trouble is I have no idea how. If someone could point
me in the general direction of where to start these new menus I can probably
figure it from there. Not too technical though please!

Look in , porbably, the support file for a acad.mnu. If you change it
recompile to acad.mnl
Please read up on mnu files first as it will affect all or some of the pull
down menus.
