Creating a Surface (Digital Terrain Model) from random 3D points

    I've just written another routine over the week-end. This program can
    create a Surface (Digital Terrain Model) from random point data in
    AutoCAD. I used Delanay's Triangulation as the mathematical model. I
    have tested on a couple of ascii point file and it seems to work well,
    at least for my need. If anyone wants to try it out he or she can
    download it from: www.cadtown.com
    The files are: DTM2n3.zip(autoCAD 2000/2002) & DTM2004.zip (AutoCAD
    2004/2005).
