creating a selection set

    I'm trying to create a selection set while reading information from each
    block (or window/crossing of blocks) as it is selected. I tried the
    SelectionChanged event, but it doesn't work inside of the SelectOnScreen
    method. I then tried to build my own tool that functions like
    SelectOnScreen but allows me to process the selection set after each mouse
    click, but had trouble with getting the cursor to look right and couldn't
    figure out how to do window/crossing. I'm trying to show a running total of
    items selected (within a modeless dialog box) as I am selecting. Any
    suggestions?
