create .pc3 with hpgl/2

    I am trying to create a pc3 file that uses the HP hpgl/2 driver in 2004. It has to be a system printer. The purpose is for a custom program that makes plt files. When I try to ake a new pc3 it still diverts back to an old hpgl/2 file. The pc3 file that was made for 2002 has an error of "longplot warning". How can I create/modify the pc3 with the new driver.
