Create a 3DSpline from Workpoints

    How Can I create a 3DSpline from Workpoints ?
    I have a lot of 3D points from an EXCEL spreetsheet, and I create workpoints
    from the points, but I have to create an 3DSpline from point to point by
    hand, how can I do that in VBA.
