CPD.ARX - AsdkIStorage

    There was a library in ObjectARX redistributables (R14). It was named
    CPD.ARX. It provided a service 'AsdkIStorage'.
    Does anyone have an ObjectARX 2000 version of it, or the source code
    for it? It isn't part of ObjectARX 2000.
