Could anyone put me in touch with someone in Head of International Support?

    Our firm has encoutered the weirdest problem ever. We are using in several computers R14 and plotting with a HPGL/2-650c and HPGL/2-750c plotters. At first, we found random lines and texts were plotted in either too thick or too thin line widths. The files and I mean ALL files were visually checked for possible human errors. None were found. We uninstalled AutoCAD and deleted all remaining directories and drivers. The problem would go away for a day or two and then return. It is our firm's policy that our computers are NOT connected by network. Has anyone encounter such a problem? Does anyone have an idea what kind of solution is at hand?
