Is there a command that will copy and increment a piece of text ie copy 22 to 23 etc etc. I know there is a command in Microstation that does this.

    TIA

You ain't in Kansas anymore. :O)

You may want to check in the customization group. I bet someone has
something that will do just that. I have a Lisp that will increment, but I
never thought about copying and incrementing before.

    Have fun,

If you don't want to get into the customization, you could copy the text
and then using the express tools, express (pulldown) text, automatic
text numbering (or tcount at the command line). I use another program
that has a command to draw "sequential numbers" but found this usefull
    when renumbering

    Thanks all for your responses.
I have now found the Express Tools Automatic text numbering tool, finally figured out how to use it and it will do what I want it to do.
I'm not a programmer nor do I want to be, so when I do spend $6000 dollars on my Cad programme I expect these type of commands to be part of that programme and easy to find.

    Thanks all again
