Coordinates?

    I have a txt file full of coordinates like

    x1,y1,z1
    x2,y2,y2
    x3,y3,z3
    ....
    ....

    4-5 years ago I saw a script which converted txt file like this in 3d
    terrain.

    I really don't have experience with this so is there anybody who can
    help me? Any good link or tutorial?
