cookie cutter erase

  1. Love the cookie cutter trim, but I'd love to have a routine that would then
    erase all the leftover stuff that's completely outside the polyline. Is
    there anything out there? Allison

    If you have Express tools, then yes.

    Start the ERASE command, then when you're prompted to make a selection, type
    'EXW (note the apostrophe) then window the objects you DON'T want to erase.
    It will then erase everything outside of that window.

    If it doesn't work, try typing (load "acetess") at the command line first.
