This is kind of a Office 2003 question, but also involves AutoCAD.

On most projects we will have either a 24X36 or 30X42 sheet of general
notes. In the past the notes would be typed up in Microsoft word, either
Office 97 or 2002. The Doc file would then be saved as a 'MS-Dos with
Layout' file, which would creat a .ASC file. which we could easily import
    into AutoCAD.

We now use office 2003, but this converstion is no longer a option, I have
tried all the other convertors in Word 2003 but none work like MS-DOS with
Layout. Has anyone ran into this problem? If so, have you found a good
    solution?

Using MTEXT in AutoCAD 2005 is not a option because it limits the amount of
text you can import at once.

    Thanks
