    Hi there,

I have a load of points with attributes which once ive finished drafting i
    explode using the burst command.
Then i remove the point number and code attributes using the layer filter
command (as its useless information) but leave behind the useful attributes.
This works fine apart from the bursted points double in size (it becomes to
    big).
I'd like to be able to either replace the point with a cross block or be
able to reduce the size of the point by half (but not by using the point
format size as this is not a global setting contained in the dwg file).

    Can anybody help please?

    many thanks

  2. if you have AutoCAD Map...... you can use the Map --> Tools --> Export
command and export your points with attributes out to a shape file..... then
reimport them the exact same way into a new drawing using Map --> Tools -->
Import. When importing you can specify a block to use instead of an AutoCAD
    point.

    Hope it helps,
    Ryan
