Convert to PDF

I'm trying to "Convert to PDF" and cannot get the plot to position correctly
on the page. In Page-Setup I can "PLOT" the PDF perfectly, but the "Convert
to PDF" button does not work. We need the "Convert to PDF" option because
it is the only way I know to get the TEXT to go into the PDF. Plotting the
PDF only produces a picture with no text entities in the PDF. I've tried
all the properties and settings that I can think of in both windows and
autocad and cannot get this to work Anyone have any ideas?

If you are serious about quality or shared files, you need to make the
leap

Some of us have to work with clients and contractors who barely can handle
PDF, won't or can't install OE or a DWF driver. Unfortunately PDF is the
standard.
