Content Central - Help with upload please?

    using winxp sp2 plus all up to date
    IE6 etc etc

    I have a solidworks part i want ot submit, i go through form filling
    and browse for the file but then it dosn't get any further just
    something about "can't open page" ive got Norton disabled and win
    security at minimum but still won't work
