compile vlx in 2005, run in 2002?

I'm doing some bug fixes on lisp programs that were originally written in
A2K days and compiled in A2K. I plan to rebuild in 2005 since that's what
I'm currently using. I'm hoping that some 2002 users will be able to load
and run the vlx's that I build in 2005, so I won't have to build it twice.
It isn't very convenient for me to test this right now. Can someone tell me
    whether this works?

    Thanks,

    Chuck

I found a way to rebuild my vlx's on A2K so I won't have to worry about it.
I'm sure the source code is compatible with 2000 thru 2005, so I was just
concerned about whether the compiling and building was compatible. But I
did two separate builds just to be on the safe side.

    Thanks

I had a chance to try loading and running vlx's in 2002 that had been
compiled using the 2005 vlisp editor. No immediate problems cropped up, so
it appears to work. This is assuming the program doesn't make use of any
2004/2005 new or changed features, of course.
